Perfect Wedding Show Contest Rules
• 1. Winner must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2. Bride must have her entry card validated at all validation stations.
• 3. Bride must deposit her entry card at the Grand Prize Registration desk prior to leaving the event.
• 4. Winner will be chosen by a random drawing.
• 5. Winner will be responsible for all local, state and federal taxes that arise from receipt of the Grand Prize.
• 6. Winner is responsible for any costs that go above and beyond the designated value of the provided prizes.
• 7. Prizes must be redeemed by August 30, 2009.
• 8. Wedding must take place within the ten Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro Survey Area.
• 9. Each Vendor who is providing a prize may present the winner with a letter outlining the terms and conditions of your receipt of goods and services which must be signed prior collection of those goods and services.
• 10. Prizes may be substituted at the discretion of the Perfect Wedding Guide of Minnesota.
• 11. Perfect Wedding Guide, its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives shall have no liability arising from your receipt of prizes, and any harm, damages or liability suffered by you as a result of any actions taken by prize supplier, its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, including, but not limited to, any dissatisfaction on your part with the quality of products or services provided.
• 12. Winner must sign a release form from the Perfect Wedding Guide of Minnesota, LLC before release of the Grand Prize.
